The design process
Step 1 — Research + discovery
We start by learning about your business, your market, and your customers. This insight helps us create branding that feels authentic and appeals directly to your audience.
Step 2 — Concept development
From initial sketches to digital mockups, we create multiple logo and brand identity concepts. Each one is designed to be flexible, memorable, and relevant. We’ll then put these into a presentation for you to collaborate on.
Step 3 — Refinement
Your feedback shapes the final direction. We adjust, refine, and polish until the design perfectly represents your business. We prefer to do this collaboratively to make you part of this process resulting in a final logo you’re happy with.
Step 4 — Delivery
You’ll receive your logo in all necessary formats, along with a brand kit or full guidelines to keep your branding consistent (depending on what is agreed on). We can then help produce further marketing materials to support your logo or branding.
The project process
01 — Introduction
Before we commit to anything, we’ll schedule a quick 30-minute call to dive into your brand and uncover where I can add the most value. By the end, we’ll have a clear, verbal outline of the project scope, deliverables, timeline, and budget—setting the foundation for a smooth collaboration.
02 — Proposal
Using the insights from our kickoff call, I’ll create a bespoke project proposal tailored specifically to your needs. This proposal will clearly outline the project schedule, deliverables, and a detailed quote, giving you a clear picture of exactly what to expect from start to finish.
03 — Agreement
Once you’re happy to proceed, I’ll send over the contract, a short brand questionnaire, and an invoice for a 50% deposit of the agreed project fee. I’ll also guide you through creating your project moodboard with helpful examples. As soon as the deposit and signed contract are received, your start date is officially secured.
04 — Design
This is where the magic happens. I’ll dive into research, explore creative directions, and develop early sketches and concepts. Through a collaborative process, we’ll refine and shape these ideas until we land on a final design that perfectly captures your brand’s personality and vision.
05 — Delivery
Once each deliverable is signed off, I’ll issue the final invoice for the remaining project fee. Upon payment, you’ll receive all assets neatly organised in a user-friendly folder system. From there, it’s time to roll out everything we’ve created and make a bold impact in your industry.
